To gather people again, activating the sacred places, around the fire and simply bringing them back into the heart., using the power of the breath. We do this through ceremony, breathwork in the circle, with chanting, ritual and moving our bodies. We choose to help the world heal and we pray for the birth of the New Earth for the good of all beings.
This has evolved over thirty years, originally inspired and activated in Southern Australia as part of a gathering of indigenous elders, with the Waramiri and The Mirning Tribe, people of the whale. It is a ceremony constantly evolving in the heart, that uses fire, water, smoke, music, invocation, chant and ritual dance.
With its ancient origins, a whale ceremony of the heart, celebrating our place in the natural world, the whales, to communicate with our ancestors, our brothers and sisters in the seas, it starts with a chant and invocation around the fire.
In a spirit of forgiveness, reconciliation, and unity, an offering to all life and a message of gratitude to the cetaceans and all beings who are holding the universal frequency of love.
We paint each other with clays to help people drop personal name and identity, and move into sacred space more easily.
Ceremony of the Heart is about bringing back the sacredness of all life, through breathwork, creativity, play & through the voice.
These simple elements are what weave people together to feel their interconnectedness. We are bringing in the voices of the elders once more, joining with the voices of all ages and youth, building bridges to a sustainable future.
